This agreement ("the Agreement") is made between ("Selling Places", "We") and the Advertiser ("You"). By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. You agree to Selling Places publishing your advert details on our web site and the web sites of our partners. You must have the legal right to sell or rent the property. The description you supply is true and accurate No false statements, misrepresentations or omissions which may mislead any interested parties over the condition, location and availability of the Property or your lawful right to sell it. Selling Places does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable. You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. Selling Places will not be held liable for breach of copyright. If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, Selling Places will not be liable. You will inform Selling Places once the advertised property is sold or rented. Publication on partner sites maybe subject to alteration or cancellation according to changes in service imposed on us by those partner sites. As such we cannot guarantee unlimited publication on these sites. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades. You may cancel this contract by informing Selling Places in writing or email with proof that you are the original advertiser. No refund will be made after 24 hours or after you have received an enquiry in your account, whichever is first. You must be the legal owner of the property and have the right and authority to sell the Property; or you legally represent the legal owner of the Property and are under their instruction and have the right and authority to sell the Property. You must over 18 years of age and are legally entitled to enter into these Terms. On payment of the fee you are entitled to publish the Property details on the Site. Selling Places is a publishing medium enabling you to privately advertise the Property for sale and is not in any capacity acting as agent in respect of the Property. In no event shall Selling Places be required to act in respect of any dispute or complaint other than to suspend or terminate the advertisement. Advertisements which infringe any law or regulation (or potentially are infringing) containing foul or otherwise inappropriate language, offend or infringe the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights) will be removed immediately, without warning or liability to Selling Places You may only publish one property per paid advertisement fee. Any subsequent properties must be paid in full and advertised separately. Any dispute pertaining to the provision of our service is subject to the laws of England & Wales . Privacy policy Our system is as secure as we are able to make it and is under constant review. It is not our policy to pass confidential customer information to any other company or organisation without your express authorisation |
